The workflow is initiated by a POST request to a dedicated webhook URL, which is expected to contain details about a specific ticket. Upon receiving this data, n8n intelligently parses the JSON body to extract crucial information, including the ticket number and the customer's business name. This extracted information is then dynamically used to create a new project or task within Clockify.
