This n8n workflow automates a critical process for a graphic design team, triggered by an incoming HTTP request or webhook. It is designed to efficiently handle image files, potentially converting them or preparing them for storage. Upon receiving image data, the workflow extracts crucial metadata such as the image type, a unique seed (often associated with AI-generated content), and an NSFW (not safe for work) flag. The processed image is then securely uploaded to Google Drive, ensuring a centralized repository for the team's assets. Concurrently, all extracted metadata, along with the Google Drive link to the newly uploaded image, is meticulously recorded in a designated Google Sheet. This automation streamlines the organization, tracking, and accessibility of design assets, providing a robust system for managing a large volume of images, including those from AI generation, and ensuring proper content flagging.
