This n8n workflow automates the crucial process of lead qualification for new entries in your CRM system. It begins by listening for new lead events through a dedicated webhook, typically configured within your CRM to fire whenever a new contact or lead is created. Upon receiving a new lead, the workflow instantly sends the lead's initial data to the BatchData API. BatchData then enriches the lead information, performing tasks such as verifying contact details, gathering company insights, or assigning a qualification score based on predefined rules. The enriched and qualified data can subsequently be used to update the original CRM record, notify sales teams of high-potential leads, or intelligently route the lead to the most appropriate sales funnel.
