Operating on a scheduled basis, it intelligently processes blog entries, distinguishing between new content and existing posts within Webflow. The core of its filtering mechanism relies on a "slug" text property, which must be present in each Notion blog post. This slug acts as a unique identifier, allowing the workflow to determine if a post needs to be created in Webflow or if it already exists. Further enhancing control, the workflow utilizes a "Sync to Webflow?" checkbox property in Notion. Only posts where this checkbox is marked will be considered for synchronization, providing users with granular control over which content is published to Webflow.
