November 2022 Niche Site Income Report

Highlights:

• Portfolio pageviews are up 11.01%, with 98,941 pageviews vs. 88,891 pageviews in September.
• From Ezoic, I earned $1,576.49 from 80,551 Unique visits. That is an ad revenue increase of 26.08%
• From Amazon, I earned a combined total of $289.58.
• From my own digital products, I earned $82.75.
• From other affiliate programs (a combination of ShareASale, Awin, etc., as well as niche-specific programs), I earned $887.53
• From info-products, (Site 1) I earned $560.10 – this is a new classification I have had to add as it is not really a digital product as Sites 2 and 7 have them.

Now then, let’s tally that all up:

I am not going to do my normal income report, mentioning the sites in my portfolio as nothing has changed in terms of content added for most of them, and, in fact, a few are going up for sale quite soon!

I probably won’t put them on Empire Flippers or one of those platforms, I will more than likely offer them to my mailing list first for a private sale.

In any case, I think it is going to be more interesting following what is going on with my two main sites as I go all in on them!

So, my new focus going forwards is building out Site 2 and Site 8.

Site 8 has limitless potential, which is why I created the Bulk Publishing Framework – I will be publishing on that site for the rest of my life unless it gets to the point where Elon Musk is trying to buy it 😂

The growth I want to see in 2023, man…

Speaking of, my ad revenue increase this month was 26.08% 😮

In any other industry, you could say that kind of growth, consistently, isn’t likely. But nope, in this industry, with how everything compounds – that doesn’t seem so farfetched.

Actually, looking at this calculator, at the rate I am going with Bulk Publishing, if this time next year I had only grown my ad revenue to $5864.54 a month, that would mean I am terribly underperforming!

Moving On

Going forward, my focus will be on building out Site 2 and Site 8, as I believe they have the most potential for growth.

I will be using the Bulk Publishing Framework to publish on Site 8 and I am confident that it will help me achieve some crazy new heights.

I will also be keeping a close eye on my expenses, as I want to make sure I am investing wisely in my business to maximize my growth.

This includes keeping tabs on subscriptions and plugging holes while only purchasing services that help me run my business more efficiently.

Overall, I am excited about the potential growth and opportunities that the coming year brings, and am determined to make the most of them!
